Once despatched deliveries with take between:

• Europe: 4-7 business days

• North America: Up to 21 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: Up to 21 days

• Asia: Up to 21 days

Shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any custom charges or fees on international shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

I hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you are not please contact me to discuss. On items 'Made to Order' it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange as these have been made to customers own specifications.

If the product delivered is incorrect to the order, I will exchange if for the correct product within fourteen business days of the purchase date and cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.

When purchasing a product or service from Flax & Hide you understand and agree to the following 'Terms & Conditions.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching is accurate.  However the reproduction of colours is only as accurate as photography and publishing processes will allow. 

 

Flax & Hide buys in stocks of leather, hardware, straps and threads and although Flax & Hide maintain good stock levels at times unforeseen circumstances of 'out of stock' items from third parties can cause delays or mean Flax & Hide cannot fulfil a customer order. Flax & Hide will always keep customers informed of delays or changes to their order. Should a change be necessary to fulfil the order Flax & Hide will contact the customer directly to discuss. The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if they are not happy with the proposed changes.

Design, prices & availability of Flax & Hide products & services are subject to change without notice.

Flax & Hide products are covered by our 'Returns Policy' if the product fails to meet with customer's expectations.  The customer agrees to follow guidelines for return (please refer to 'Refunds & Exchanges).
