The Picton Journal has been designed to hold the largest 240 page Moleskine Classic notebook (13 x 21cm) or the 192 page hard and softback versions. The Journal has a fastening strap with popper which is fixed to the back of the case with three co-ordinating rivets. Internally the Picton has two slip pockets, one behind the two card pockets, the other behind the notebook to which the pen loop is stitched. The removable notebook is securely held with two corner holders and a strap. The Picton Journal is made of a perfect combination of Carlo Wax and Pueblo Vegetable tanned leathers from the Badalassi tannery in Italy in a choice of seven shades of Wax and ten shades of Pueblo, four choices of Popper & Rivets and thirteen linen thread colours. The Picton can be further personalised with a name, initials or date in either gold, silver or simply debossed. The Picton Journal comes in a re-useable drawstring linen bag with leather tag for safe and treasure keeping.
